Hi, I'm looking for some help. I have a defaulted account with BT from 2016 which is obviously showing on my equifax credit report. I'd really like to settle the account. But I'm finding it very difficult to speak to an actual person to do this. I can't remember the phone number of the account and that's what the automated services keeps asking for. Can anyone give me a number or a link to speak to someone?
