I’ve returned all of my equipment to BT through the service they provide. I am now getting emails saying that if I don’t return the equipment I will be charged £115. Unfortunately I don’t have the proof of postage, but used their label and took it to the post office where they scanned it. How can I resolve this?
The returns process is taking 3 or 4 weeks to process.
If it is not showing as returned in your MyBT after that time you will need to contact BT's Customer Services 0800.800.150 and explain to them that you do not have a Proof of Postage to see what if anything can be done.
