I am a new customer and my new broadband order is eligible for a £40 M&S voucher. The broadband was activated on 24th August and I tried claiming the voucher today at https://www.broadbandbenefits.co.uk/marksandspencers/. However, the form does not recognise my order number and I cannot claim my reward. I have tried submitting both *Edited by Mod* but neither work.
Does anybody know how to fix this issue or whether there is a different way to claim the reward?

You should remove your reference number from your post. This is a public forum and the number is individual to you.

Hi @anna-orban Sorry you are having difficulty claiming your M&S voucher.
You should have an order ref starting AJM and you will need this to submit your claim. Post back and let me know if you can find that ref and claim ok or not.

Look for the sales reference on this page, top right.
It may also be on the email you received from BT, confirming your order.
If not, then try the Billing Live Chat Team they should be able to give it to you.
