I ordered my BT Broadband, Phone & TV on the 15/11/2018. it is now installed and running as from the 29/11/2018.
I was supposed to receive a £100 Pre Paid Mastercard and a £50 M&S Voucher.
I have been able to claim the Mastercard, but I'm Unable to claim the M&S voucher, from reading other posts it looks that I need some order reference beging with AJM that I cannot find in any of my emails or on my account.

Its the sales reference you are looking for. It a long number starting with three letters.
If you can find it, what are the first three letters? Do not post the full number here.

Sorry that you're having problems claiming for your £50 M&S voucher. Have a word with our >> billing live chat team << to see if you can get your order ref that way to claim.

Saying I'm not eligable by my order number so not happy as at time of order it showed that I would be receiving this, raising a complaint for me and getting a call back tomorrow from a manager.
