M&S Gift Card

Hi,

I joined BT Broadband at the end of November  via a USwitch which included an offer of £120 M&S Gift Card.

To date over 2 months later I haven't received the gift card.

Is there someone at BT I can contact to sort out the problem.

Hi Keith,

Yes I did claim it using that form because I had to trace the reference number before I could send it.

The Broadband went live on the 26th November and I claimed the gift card on the 27th.

Things must have gone wrong.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
