I have been trying to claim my £100 M&S voucher through the broadband benefits link as suggested, it keeps saying my order reference number isn't correct, which begins with VOL followed by several numbers. I did email bt customer support last week but haven't had any reply. Could anyone advise please?

You should be able to find it via MyBT.
try https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do
Look for the sales reference on this page, top right.
It should also be on the mail BT sent to you, confirming your order.
Otherwise try billing live chat team
You are looking for the letters BTC or AJM at the start.
Hi, thank you for the reply, I have checked the number on the link you sent, it's the same as my order reference number on the original email, but it starts with VOL and not AJM, so it wont work.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hi, I had to get my reference number via private message as it wasnt on any of my correspondence, you may have to contact one of the BT members on here, I'm not sure how to do that though I'm afraid.

Thanks Millie, yeh i can only find the VOL number
That's all I could find, but it has to be an AJM number.
