M&S Vouchers

Hi 

Can anyone help me I signed up around 22nd October and was supposed to be receiving a £100 M&S voucher that still hasn’t arrived approximately in 30 days after signing up  I originally rang BT to be told I need to contact Moneysupermarket as it was through that site after contacting them again ( money supermarket) I’m now being told it is BT ?? 
im so confused, just want my vouchers before Xmas...

They should arrive within 45 days after your service was activated.

Did you claim them?

I did yes , I forgot to mention that so I’m probably at 38 or 40 days as it was few days after being switched on . Oh I thought it was 30 days and just wondered where they were . 
Thanks hopefully they will arrive then !

If the voucher has not arrived after 45 days of completing the form please let us know and we can look into this for you.

M&S vouchers still not arrived

I posted on here a couple weeks ago about not receiving my M&S vouchers and was told it needs to be 45 days , it’s now been 50 and still no vouchers 😏what can I do to get them?

I applied for M&S voucher via correct website in September 2019 and I have still not received it. Tried to reapply but now says order number is invalid. Not sure what my next steps are?
