M&S voucher - cannot apply, order number not working

Where can I find the order number for the M&S voucher form?

My vol number doesn't work, and I have no other order number. I got the by package through one of their chat windows and was told there was an M&S voucher but no indication of how to claim.

I'm getting to the end of my tether with by. Utterly useless.

That is what you need to use.  Beginning BTC or AJM.

If you cannot find it then try https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do

Look for the sales reference on this page, top right.

It will also be on the email you received from BT, confirming your order.

If not, then try the Billing Live Chat Team they should be able to give it to you.
