M&S voucher not being sent.

Registered through Uswitch and after service activation, applied for £80 reward card and £40 M&S voucher. Got the BT reward but not the M&S voucher. There is no tracking on site.  Some advice ? Thank you

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting.

Sorry about the delay in getting your M&S voucher sent out to you.

How long ago did you complete the M&S Claim form as it can take up to 45 days for vouchers to be sent out?

Can you also confirm the date you placed your order and the value of the M&S voucher?

I did that on 22.11.19, it was a £40 voucher.
