After being unable to claim my voucher due to the claim page not accepting the order number .I proceeded to live chat where the operator claimed for the voucher on my behalf but I have yet to receive it and it is past 45 days now...help!
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
