I got a blank Friday new customer super fast broadband offer that included an £120 m&s voucher. I completed the online form on 26th November once service was live, and the vouchers have never turned up. The £100 MasterCard rewards card turned up no problem.
How do I raise a query for these M&S vouchers? I’ve tried the online chat but Umer Majied told me I must be wrong as vouchers are never of £50 and ended the chat on me (lovely customer care there).
