M&S vouchers not received

Hello,

As a new BT customer I was offered a rewards card and M&S voucher. On 4th May I claimed them both online.  

Reward card arrived within days, but still no sign of my M&S voucher. 

The website tells you to wait for 30 days, but this period has been and gone.

Who do I need to chase and how, please?

Hi @LisaMed  the promotions team have got back to me and confirmed that the M&S voucher is now arranged for you. It will be with you within the next 45 days. Please post back and let me know you receive it ok. If it does not arrive within the 45 days let me know and I'll reopen the case and chase again for you.
