I was meant to receive a £100 M&S voucher as part of a uSwitch offer. My broadband was activated on 17th October and I submitted the voucher claim (on broadbandbenefits.co.uk) on the 22nd October. I've raised two complaints with BT, the second of which they responded to denying responsibility for providing these vouchers. I subsequently raised this with uSwitch who tell me that it is actually BT's responsibility.
Can anyone on this forum help me please?

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
