MOD’s... please could you remove dormant accounts

As title says,

Please could you remove two dormant accounts from my username.

It drives me insane and causes issues when I need to order or upgrade.

I have asked before on a couple of occasions thorough chat or phone. Each time they say they are removed but it’s unsuccessful.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
