MYBT dashboard not working - reported over a week ago and still not fixed. Any ideas why?
New to this forum so not quite sure how it works yet. Has anyone any idea why I cannot see recent calls on the MYBT dashboard? I can see previous bills no problem, but cannot see recent calls made - the page comes up with a red banner thats says 'Sorry, byt we are unable to show your usage right now. Please refresh the page or try again later.' I first noticed this on 26 JAniuary, have reporeted it to BT twice since, both times they said it would be fixed within 72 hours, but it hasn't been. Yet BT state you can keep track of recent calls you have made since your last bill - but clearly you can't! Is this a case or promising a service but failing to deliver?
