I’m hoping someone on here can help. I ordered a new broadband service from BT (Superfast Fibre 1 Unlimited) on 30th January this year. Part of the deal included a £40 Marks & Spencer voucher. I filled in the relevant information and put in my claim. I have not received any vouchers yet, even though it is past the 45 day period. Can anyone advise? Thanks for any help you can provide.
