Marks and Spencers voucher not received

Hi

Part of the deal in signing up to bt broadband in January included £40 of Marks and Spencers vouchers. I have claimed through the appropriate benefits site and over 45 days has elapsed and no sign of the vouchers. Although I had some difficulty obtaining an Amazon prime membership code, this was resolved along with bt reward card that were also part of the deal.

Please can someone  arrange for the gift card to be sent on.

Please can you tell me which 3rd party website (ie MSE, Uswitch, etc) the order was placed via and I will then be able chase this up with the promotions team for you. They normally take 2-3 days to get back to us.
