I still can't find a way to claim my MasterCard reward. I was told by customer services that I had to wait 14 from absolute completion of new broadband. It's been longer but still being sent round in circles. The amount of people with this issue is shocking. Please can someone advise. If I go to claim reward it just takes me nowhere.
To claim a reward card you need to visit www.bt.com/claimmyreward and follow the prompts. If no reward is showing and you're outside the cooling off period but within 3 months of it being activated, call 0800 800 150, ask them to raise an action to the rewards team, allow up to 5 working days for a reply.
