Merge 2 accounts

Hi, 

Does anyone know how to get 2 accounts merged together? I have one account with BB and a phone line and another account with mobile on. Once merged I should get the BT BB discount applied. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @martinginnelly yes it should be possible to arrange that, we normally need to merge the BB and phone line over to the Mobile account number. I'll send you a private message in a moment so you can get in touch with the moderation team and we'll be happy to help.
