Merge ccounts

I have recently taken over a BT account after my dad passed away, I also already have my own account. They both have separate account numbers and logins and 2 different master sockets.

My account is for broadband only, the new account is for a landline only.

Is it possible for both accounts to be merged together so there’s only 1 account for the landline and broadband?

I'm sorry to hear about your dad.

Are both accounts currently in your name, or is one account still in your dad's name?
