I have a icloud email login address for my My BT account connected to my broadband account
I have a gmail email login address for my My BT account connected to my mobile account
My gmail email account is no longer active and I can't change the email address on My BT to my icloud email address because my icloud email address is already registered for my broadband account.
I can add my mobile account to my broadband account through My BT but it only gives me guest access because my mobile account is registered through my gmail account.
Is there anyway I can merge both accounts under 1 email address?
