Over recent weeks, when my husband accesses the BT dashboard, there is a message above the options which reads, "Sorry, as your BT broadband is ending, your email will also end and advises him to contact BT.
Our broadband contract actually ends in April 2026
Please could someone help with this.

BT broadband and email doesn't end unless you cancel. A fixed term contract simply changes to a rolling monthly contract.
Did you receive a ' sorry to see you are leaving' email?
Have you tried calling BT Customer Services 0330.1234.150 and ask them why he is receiving this message?
They should be able to explain and if needed rectify the problem.
