I presently monitor my telephone account through "MY BT" - I also monitor my elderly mother's telephone account as an additional account added to my "MY BT". If I migrate away from BT I expect that my own "MY BT" account would be closed but would I be still be able to access my mothers account or would I have to re-register? I have full authorisation to manage my mother's telephone account on her behalf.

Why not set up a MyBT for your mother and monitor it from that.
