Miss selling contracts

BT didn't mention that my discount TV would start a new 24 month contract on the phone. I would have never agreed to that. I checked the confirmation emails and they don't mention it either. I have logged a complaint with BT and will be doing so with ofcom in the morning and hopefully if enough people complain to ofcom they will force by to change their shady ways.

Assuming BT do record all calls as part of you complaint they may listen to the call. 

Jusat have to wait for the outcome of the complain investigation.
