In December I signed up to a promotional offer that included a £120 BT Reward Card. My go live date was 31/12/2019.
As the reward card was not showing anywhere on my account, I chased this via telephone Friday 14/02/2020 with the promise I would hear back within 5 working days. I have yet to hear anything. Please can an admin contact me asap as the reward card is the main reason I switched from my previous supplier as it brought the overall cost down.
