Hi @PaulV000 The team have got back to me and have said that as you pointed out this was approved almost a year ago. They have said that the amount should be available to you and asked that you check again. Please can you check and post back to let me know how you get on.
Hi @PaulV000 Quidco have updated me that from October 2015 onwards, they longer have a 'paid' status, as all purchases will now remain at 'confirmed' status, even after they have requested payment of the funds. Users can see all of their paid purchases in the statement at the bottom of their payments page
This will show all confirmed transactions in the 'Paid in' column, and all withdrawals in the 'Paid out' column.
