As per title,
Switched in March using Uswitch and should of got an Amazon card and m&s card.
Didn't get either, used the rewards page constantly to no avail and tried getting in contact with support but couldn't.
It's been over 3 months now since the contract started, does this mean we won't get the rewards now? I tried the live chat multiple times but kept getting a screen saying no one was available.
Not a helpfull reply but good luck.
We ordered a fiber package that should of come with a Amazon voucher and m and s voucher.
Got neither and couldn't get on contact with support due to the current issues. been over 3 months now so doupt I'll see hair of it now.
