A bank transfer of £72.64 was made to BT on 29th January quoting reference ***Edited***. This reference was wrong - it should have been ***Edited***. The correct account (***Edited***) has now been paid and we need to have the £72.64 returned. Please can someone advise me how I can arrange for these monies to be refunded?
Customer Services have stated that ***Edited*** is not a valid reference so the money has not been posted there - we suspect it might have gone into the BT suspense account, but nobody seems to know who we can contact to find out.
