Missing reward card

Hi

I purchased the Fibre broadband with £70 reward card however this is not showing up on my account.

The service went live on 07/02/2020.

 

Can you help with this?

It would not appear until at least 14 days after service was activated, and all orders close.

Try again in a couple of days.

Hi

The order was placed around the 16th of january for the super fast fibre 1 and landline.

Hi @scovic,

Thanks for getting back. The offer on the 16th January was £70 for SF2 so the order wouldn't be eligible for the reward. Can you post a screen shot of the order page including reference to the reward card?
