Apologies as i know this has been asked many times before . I recently changed to BT with an offer of £120 on a mastercard...ideal I thought right in time for Xmas! When I log in it says I have no rewards...frustrating 🙄

Is your broadband active and if so has it been active for more than 14 days? Post back and let me know.
