Mobile Plan glitch, two different plans in my account

Hello, I’m a bit confused about my mobile phone package. I looked at my account and it says I have the 50GB extra speed plan which has unlimited minutes calls and 50GB data, my Halo benefit says I get a data boost of 50GB, so I assume my total data is 100GB a month.

However, on my account, it says I only have 500 minutes and my Data allowance is 54GB although it states my 50GB plan on the same page. 

Is there a way to sort this apart from sitting for hours waiting in a queue? I don’t even see the “Live chat” option. Thanks
