Monthly Billing

I cannot understand my monthly bill. I appear to have been charged for all calls, instead of Anytime Calls.

have you renewed your contract recently?  if so did you check the email with your new contract as calls are on longer included and are now add-ons

The error is BT's and is in the process of being rectified
