I used to receive an email from BT saying my invoice is ready for viewing, this has stopped for the past few months. I have checked my account and cannot find anywhere to check to see if there has been any change. Any ideas?
If you login to MyBt, can you see your current bill and billing history?
Then check your emails by going into the Bt Mail web page (not a client Application).
Sometimes mails can be misdirected into spam.......these things can happen, and have happened to some of us in the past!
