Moving Home Webpage Broken

Hey BT. Your webpage ‘moving home’ tool isn’t working. After I click ‘next’ after selecting my correct future address it just reverts me back to the same page after 10secs of loading.

I’ve tried this the past few days and using different browsers.

The call number I was given is 30min+ wait time too and still no answer.

Is there a way to agree my moving date on email? I’m moving house next Friday you’re making it hard to stay with BT. 

Any help please?

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.

There is no email address to do this. The number to call is 0800.783.0235.

BT normally require two weeks notice but may be able to accommodate shorter notice. 

If you decide to move away from BT and if you are still in contract you will be hit with cancellation fees.
