Hi, I’m attempting to move back to BT from NowTV, but the overseas BT support are saying they will need to install a new line and number as they can’t get an “id” on my current line. I’ve shifted between broadband suppliers plenty of times and always managed to keep my landline number. Is there anyway this could be escalated? Thanks
Have you tried placing your order online or have you spoken with our Connections team before? I'd recommend trying those both to see if your line shows up. Call us on 0800800150, say the reason why you're calling and when it asks what's your BT number enter star. You should get through to them.
