Moving home doesn't work

I've been trying to let you know that I want to transfer my broadband subscription to my new apartment, but your website just doesn't work. On this page https://www.bt.com/manage/moving-home/ I constantly get an ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE upon clicking the 'Start your move' button. Can you fix this issue please?

I followed the link and then tried start your move and worked without a problem. Have you tried a different browser

Now I've been getting this for the past week: 

We cannot take your order at the moment. Please call us on 0800 800 150 to renew or change your bundle.

@mrpowhs, if you give the number a call and speak to the home movers team they'll get that sorted for you.
