Moving into first home

Hello, we have just moved into our first home. Because we haven’t been in there very long it is asking for our previous address which is my parents. If I put that in is it going to cancel and try to switch my parents broadband and cause problems for them? They’re with sky but obviously want to keep their broadband with sky and not have it cancelled because of us

The previous address will be required for credit checking purposes

Hi @shannonjean97, @NigelB72  is correct and it won't affect your parent's service to provide it as your previous address.
