Not entirely clear what you are asking. Can you elaborate?

If you have contacted Sky and they are the company that have initiated the move then you need to get them to cancel it with BT.

If you contacted BT and told them to cancel your account then you need to contact BT 0330.1234.150 and tell them that you no longer want to cancel

In a similar situation recently!  You'll need to contact Sky and get them to cancel the order.  If you're cancelling Sky because BT have now made you a better offer, you can agree to that BT offer and set the start date the same as your switch to Sky would have been* (once you've cancelled with Sky).  The only issue there is going to be if your old BT service and new BT service are not identical - so if you were switching from a FTTC to FTTP product, I'd be double sure and call BT once you've place the new order.

*Be prepared for silly phone calls, texts, and emails from BT, as the different teams dont really seem to know what other are up to.  **The barage of calls, texts, and emails here was VERY annoying,  but the actual transfere went without a single hitch!

I only learn by making mistakes and owning up to them - boy do I learn a lot!
