I'm trying to claim the 6 months free xbox game pass however when trying to on my BT web version where it says I have to claim it from. I've selected products like it says, however its only showing my the old account and no option to add it. Although when I press on billing I can switch accounts. Its on the new account where I've upgraded the WiFi that I need to claim it from but its not letting me switch to this and I only have a certain number of days to claim it. Please can you help
contact billing using 'message us' and they should be able to help and remove old account
