Multiple accounts on BTID and defaults to old account…

Hi,

I have just rejoined BT and therefore have new account. When I log in, the website defaults to an older non active account instead of the new current one.  How can I delete the old accounts that are no longer needed?

you need to contact CS 03301234150 and they can remove old account for you
