My Amazon Echo email code was never sent.

I signed up to a broadband deal that included an Echo but I've never received an email regarding my Echo voucher. I signed up on the 28th April, went live on the 20th may and have been passed from pillar to post through customer service number 0800800150. Everyone just says their dept cant assist. A manager opened a complaint for me and said they would be able to sort it for me and guess what, they told me to ring the customer service number. Any help would be great. I've brand the customer service number 5 times now, all over a 20min wait to speak with someone. Painful is an understatement

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post!

Sorry that you haven't received the email with your code to claim for the Amazon Echo.  I can see that your services were connected on 20th May and you really should have received the email by now.
