Good Evening, 

 

I recently signed up for a new BT Fibre service & whilst trying to access my account online I am getting an error. 

This is a rather complicated conundrum & I was hoping I could talk directly with a moderator regarding this issue.

I have tried calling BT 3 times regarding this without a resolution. 

I think I know what the problem is but trying to explain this on the phone is frustrating & confusing for the person on the phone.

So could a mod please contact me as I see there is no option to contact a mod now with it being invitation?

When I click on “you have an open order” I then get the following screen.
