My BT - New Account

Hello

We’re switching to BT Broadband (with phone and TV) this week. I’ve received the email to set up My BT. However, I was a BT customer in the past so when I try to register it logs me into my old account.

Two questions:

- Where do I find my new account number so I can add the new account to my My BT details? (I’ve only been given my order number.)

- How do I delete my old accounts from My BT?

Hi @beefqueen, thanks for posting. Your new account number should be included on the order confirmation correspondence that's been emailed to you.

Unfortunately, you can't delete the old account details yourself but the billing team will be able to do that for you. I can see the billing live chat is open this morning if you get in touch on this link they'll be able to help.
