Having just logged into My BT to check Call Protect for a number and updated for the latest dodgy calls, I can't seem to access products. All it will give me is billing. When I try to go directly to the Call Protect page, as I have it as a previously visited URL, it says "Sorry, there's nothing to show here at the moment Please come back when your products have been activated."
Anyone know if there is there a fault with My BT currently?

Are you still having the issue today viewing your products in My BT? Does the same thing happen if you test another browser?

@Alex_H Yes, still got the same issue and no change if I use a different browser.
@adam101 Thanks for confirming, in that case when you have a chance I would contact our technical team just so they can have a check for any issues with your account that might cause that error.

If anyone comes across this thread, to confirm, the loss of everything other than billing on My BT was due to being migrated to a pre-digital phone line, which apparently doesn't come with anything other than billing. The only way to restore it is moving to digital voice.
