My BT Sorry Something's Gone Wrong

I recently signed up to BT broadband and the My BT Details page isn't showing any information about the billing or account. Is this a common issue?

The short answer is yes. You don't say how recently you signed up but it took 2 - 3 weeks when I signed up.
