My BT app

Hello everyone, I have a slight issue with my BT app, where if I want to check my bill, usage, package or even other apps I always get an error
" Sorry, it looks like we're having some technical issues. Please try again later" but this is going on for a while now, maybe months.
Any ideas?

If there was an issue with the MyBT site too it would have been something that I could have helped you with. As it's solely the app I believe their team will be able to help you.
