My BT not showing products and extras

Hi,

 

After a very lengthy and cumbersome house move I've finally been sorted for about 1 month. However My BT was not showing My Products and My Extras however I thought I'd wait until the first bill is updated since the move in hope they would show then but they are still not available to view ... how do I resolve this please? Screenshot below of what I mean.
