My BT not working again

Could not get into my online account earlier.

 

Now I can but My BT only shows my bills. My Products blank.

 

Why are BT so incompetent in their IT provision? Why do they continually make changes to online accounts without fully testing the changes first? Or are they using customers to test changes and wait for us to comment on problems?

They are now doing "essential site maintenance" yet again so you can only access those parts of the site saved as favourites - can't use the main portal.  This should be sorted by tomorrow hopefully.
