I’m having the same issue as mentioned above. My account logs in to an old account with BT Sport instead of my most recent account with the broadband.

Hi @Modupe, sorry your MyBT is showing an old account rather than your new broadband account. Get in touch with us on the 'Message now' option on this page: Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will be able to fix this for you.
