My home address is wrong/missing in your database?

Hi,

I hope someone can help me out as I ran out of ideas?

I've been struggling activating a broadband in my flat with the Vodafone Service Provider.
After spending hours on the phone they said my flat is not registered or is wrongly registered?

Can anyone please let me know what I can do to register my flat or amend the address?
Vodafone told me to contact you guys...

 

P.S: I've got an OpenReach socket in my flat.

Hi @tancro81 and welcome.

 

I'm sorry but there is nothing the community can do to help in this instance. Your chosen provider will need to contact Openreach on your behalf to request the address details are corrected.

I've been told that I need to contact you guys to amend it? And there is nothing they can do?

I've also seen other customer's posts requesting the same thing I'm asking for and they got it sorted by your colleagues?

Thanks for replying. I can appreciate how frustrating this is for you but unless you're a BT retail customer we cannot contact Openreach to discuss your address issue.
